The Turn

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Loch Lomond 12
  • 5 mint leaves
  • 3 lime wedges
  • Ginger beer

Preparation

  1. Muddle Mint and juice of two lime wedges in a shaker and add Loch Lomond 12.
  2. Shake with ice and strain into glass with fresh ice.
  3. Top with ginger beer and stir gently.
  4. Serve garnished with additional lime wedge and extra mint.
