Ginger Whisky Sour
Ingredients
- 2 oz Hatozaki Small Batch Whisky
- 0.50 oz ginger liqueur
- 0.75 oz lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- Clove bitters
Preparation
- Combine Hatozaki Small Batch whisky with ginger liqueur, lemon juice and egg white in a shaker.
- Shake for 10 seconds.
- Add ice, shake again for 20 seconds.
- Double strain into coupe glass.
- Place bitters on top of egg white foam.
- Add lemon peel if desired.
