Bijou

Ingredients

  • 1½ oz gin
  • 1 oz sweet vermouth
  • 1 oz Green Chartreuse
  • 2 dashes orange bitters

Preparation

  1. Add ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled.
  2. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass and garnish with a maraschino cherry.
