Tequila Swizzle

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. Corazon Blanco (or Reposado) Tequila
  • 1/2 oz. Lime Juice
  • 1/2 oz. Cane Syrup
  • 1/4 oz. Pok Pok Tamarind Vinegar
  • 8 drops Bittermen’s Hellfire Shrub
  • 6 large Mint Leaves
  • 6 large Pineapple Chunks
  • Large Mint Bouquet, for Garnish

Preparation

  1. Muddle mint and pineapple.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Pour crushed ice to fill 2.3 of a collins glass, plunge swizzle stick into the glass a few times.
  4. Top off glass with more crushed ice and swizzle for 15 seconds.
  5. Garnish with a large bouquet of mint.
