A La Louisiane

Ingredients

  • 2 oz rye whiskey
  • ¾ oz sweet vermouth
  • ¾ oz Benedictine
  • 3 dashes Peychaud's bitters
  • 2 dashes absinthe

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled.
  2. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a Luxardo cherry.
