Ingredients

  • 1 oz The Beverly High Rye
  • 1 oz Aperol
  • 1 oz Bianco vermouth

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice cubes and stir until cold.
  2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with lemon peel.
