Mirror Ball
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Toki
- 3/4 oz Mistral Nobel Pisco
- 1/2 oz Blanc Verjus
- 1/2 oz Raspberry-Vanilla Lactic Syrup
- 1 oz Don Ciccio Finochietto
- 1 tsp White Balsamic Vinegar
- Top w/ seltzer
Preparation
- Build, quick stir, and top w/ seltzer in a Collins glass with a lemon twist.
