Saratoga Spritz

Ingredients
- 3/4 oz. DeGroff Bitter Aperitivo
- 3/4 oz. Beefeater Gin
- 1/4 oz. Aperol
- 1 oz. Fresh Pineapple Juice
- 1/4 oz. Cinnamon Syrup*
- 1/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- Splash Grapefruit Juice
- Sparkling Water, to top
Preparation
- Shake with ice, strain over ice into wine glass.
- Top with sparkling water.
- Garnish with Lemon Twist, Mint Bundle.
*Cinnamon Syrup
Ingredients
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Sugar
- 6 Cinnamon Sticks
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients.
- Bring to a boil, then simmer for an hour.
- Strain and cool.
