Saratoga Spritz

Ingredients

  • 3/4 oz. DeGroff Bitter Aperitivo
  • 3/4 oz. Beefeater Gin
  • 1/4 oz. Aperol
  • 1 oz. Fresh Pineapple Juice
  • 1/4 oz. Cinnamon Syrup*
  • 1/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Splash Grapefruit Juice
  • Sparkling Water, to top

Preparation

  1. Shake with ice, strain over ice into wine glass.
  2. Top with sparkling water.
  3. Garnish with Lemon Twist, Mint Bundle.

*Cinnamon Syrup


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 6 Cinnamon Sticks

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Bring to a boil, then simmer for an hour.
  3. Strain and cool.
