Pumpkin Runner

Ingredients
- 1/12 oz Crop Spiced Pumpkin Vodka
- 1 oz Fresh Espresso
- ¾ oz In House Made Vanilla Syrup*
Preparation
- In a shaker add fresh espresso, crop spike pumpkin vodka and vanilla syrup.
- Shake and strain into martini glass.
- Garnish vanilla bean and ground espresso.

*In House Made Vanilla Syrup
Ingredients
- 1/4 cups water
- 2 vanilla bean
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
- Put 1/4 cups water and 2 vanilla bean in a blender and blend until the vanilla bean is ground up.
- Pour through a fine-mesh strainer into a small saucepan.
- Then add 2 cups sugar and ¼ teaspoon salt to the saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until sugar is dissolved and all the ingredients are mixed together.
