Mimosa
Ingredients
- 3 oz. Sparking Wine (Preferably Champagne or Prosecco)
- 3 oz. Orange Juice (Freshly Squeezed For The Best Taste)
- Garnish: Orange Twist or Strawberry
Preparation
- Ensure both the sparkling wine and orange juice are well chilled.
- Fill half of a Champagne flute with sparkling wine.
- Gently pour the orange juice into the glass, filling it up.
- Add an orange twist or strawberry on the rim of the glass for an elegant touch.
- Mimosas are best enjoyed fresh, so serve immediately after preparation.
