Jalisco Sour Espanita Tequila Blanco
Ingredients
- 2 oz Espanita Blanco Tequila
- 6 to 8 ripe Raspberries
- 0.75 oz fresh Lemon juice
- 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
- 2 dashes Orange bitters
- 1 egg white
Preparation
- Muddle raspberries with simple syrup in a Boston shaker to achieve syrup - like consistency.
- Add Espanita Blanco tequila, lemon juice and orange bitters.
- Cover and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
- Add in a h andful of ice and shake the mixture again for 30 seconds until it is thoroughly chilled.
- Strain the drink into a chilled coupe.
- Garnish with orange twist.
