Preparation
- Place three generous scoops of homemade Bailey's ice cream into pilsner glass.
- Carefully fill the remainder of the glass with Guinness Beer.
- Pour Jameson Irish Whiskey into shot glass, which can be enjoyed as a float or accompaniment.
- Serve with straw(s).
