Ginger Whisky Sour

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Hatozaki Small Batch Whisky
  • 0.50 oz ginger liqueur⁠
  • 0.75 oz lemon juice⁠
  • 1 egg white⁠
  • Clove bitters⁠⁠

Preparation

  1. Combine Hatozaki Small Batch whisky with ginger liqueur, lemon juice and egg white in a shaker.
  2. Shake for 10 seconds.
  3. Add ice, shake again for 20 seconds.
  4. Double strain into coupe glass.
  5. Place bitters on top of egg white foam.
  6. Add lemon peel if desired.⁠
