Ingredients

  • 3/4 oz Melon Bols
  • 3/4 oz Elderflower Bols
  • 3/4 oz Golden honey syrup 1:1
  • 1 oz Pineapple juice that has been adjusted to lime acidity with citric and malic acid

Preparation

  1. Shake and pour into glass, fill with ice and float 1/2 oz Empress 1908 on top!
