Haitian Proof Daiquiri

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. Barbancourt Haitian Proof 110
  • 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 3/4 oz. simple syrup
  • 1/4 oz. triple sec

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Shake well until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Double strain into a chilled coupe or Nick & Nora glass.
