Femme Brûlée

Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz. Edmond’s Honor Bourbon
- ½ oz. Premium Cognac
- 5 oz. Banana-Infused Demerara Syrup or Banana Liqueur (recipe follows)
- 2 dashes Chocolate Bitters
- 6 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Optional: Finish with a spray of Absinthe
Preparation
- Add the bourbon, cognac, banana syrup or banana liqueur, and both bitters into a mixing glass.
- Fill mixing glass one third of the way with ice.
- Stir until well-chilled.
- Strain into chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with banana slice that has been sprinkled with sugar and caramelized with a torch.
