“Alma’s Kiss”

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Singani 63
  • 1 oz. Carpano Bitter Bianco
  • ½ oz. Laird’s Applejack Brandy
  • 1 barspoon Lejay Crème de Cassis
  • Glassware: Pony glass
  • Garnish: Mushroom/sugar powder rim, red absinthe tincture

Preparation

  1. Prepare the pony glass by lightly rimming it with mushroom/sugar powder.
  2. Add Singani 63, Carpano Bitter Bianco, Laird’s Applejack Brandy, and crème de cassis to a mixing glass.
  3. Stir until well combined.
  4. Pour into the prepared pony glass.
  5. Finish with a few drops of red absinthe tincture over the top of the cocktail.
