Preparation
- Prepare the pony glass by lightly rimming it with mushroom/sugar powder.
- Add Singani 63, Carpano Bitter Bianco, Laird’s Applejack Brandy, and crème de cassis to a mixing glass.
- Stir until well combined.
- Pour into the prepared pony glass.
- Finish with a few drops of red absinthe tincture over the top of the cocktail.
