Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Makers Mark ‘Fontainebleau Private Label’
  • ½ oz. Avua Cachaca
  • ½ oz. Giffard Banane du Bresil
  • ¼ oz. Brown Sugar Syrup
  • 1 dash of Chocolate Bitters
  • 1 dash of Peach Bitters

Preparation

  1. Shake and strain all ingredients into a rocks glass with a large ice cube.
  2. Garnish with a lemon twist and a charred banana on a skewer.
