Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. Absolut Elyx
  • 1/4 oz. Liber & Co. Orgeat Syrup
  • 1/4 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 oz. Amontillado sherry (Lustau ‘Los Arcos’)

Preparation

  1. Place ingredients into a mixing tin and shake with ice.
  2. Strain into a flute, top with Perrier-Jouët.
  3. Garnish with a small sprig of baby’s breath.
