Ingredients:

  • 45 ml Bols Genever
  • 25 ml Bols Yoghurt Liqueur
  • 15 ml Cockburn’s Fine White Port
  • 2 dashes of Peychaud’s Bitters
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • barspoon of Caster Sugar

Garnish: Grated Tonka Bean

Preparation: First, add the eggyolk with caster sugar into a shaker and hand-whisked. Then add other ingredients with ice and give a hard shake. Strain into a chilled cobbler glass and grated tonka bean over the drink.
