The Millionaire Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Calvados Boulard VSOP Rye Cask Finish
  • 1 oz Bergamot liqueur
  • 1 oz Absinthe
  • 2/3 oz Fresh Lemon juice
  • 2/3 oz Simple syrup
  • 1 Egg White
  • Edible dehydrated violet flowers to garnish

Preparation

  1. Dry shake all ingredients in a shaker for 30 seconds.
  2. Add ice and shake again for another 30 sec, or until well-chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  4. Garnish with the edible violet flowers & enjoy!
