The Lucky Lychee

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. D'USSÉ XO Cognac
  • 1 Lychee
  • 1 Fresh Strawberry
  • ½ oz. Simple Syrup
  • 2 Dashes Rhubarb Bitters
  • Ace of Spades Champagne, to top

Preparation

  1. Muddle lychee, strawberry and simple syrup in a shaker.
  2. Add D'USSÉ, rhubarb bitters and ice.
  3. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  4. Top with champagne.
