Sapphire Spritz

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru
  • ¾ oz. Lemon Juice
  • ¾ oz. Simple Syrup
  • 2 oz. Champagne
  • Lemon Twist (for garnish)

Preparation

  1. Add the Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a shaker.
  2. Shake, strain, and top with champagne and garnish with a lemon twist.
