Ingredients
- 750 ml – Bourbon whiskey
- 750 ml Rye whiskey (100 proof bonded)
- 4 Red Apples
- 4 Cups Brown Sugar Syrup
- 15-20 Cinnamon sticks
- 15-20 Star Anise
- 15 – Cardamom pods
- 15-20 Clove (whole)
- 10 Allspice (whole)
- 2 tbsp. Coriander Seeds
- 2 tbsp. Black Peppercorn
- 1 Whole grated Nutmeg
- 2 tbsp. Vanilla Extract
Preparation
- Infuse whiskies with all ingredients in a jar and let sit for 7-10 days.
