Preparation

- Add ice and shake again.
- Double strain into a coupe glass garnish with cherry on top.

- Equal parts water to honey
- pinch of sea salt

- Equal parts water and honey, pinch of sea salt on medium heat until syrupy texture.
- Cooled.
