With Lustau Palo Cortado Peninsula adding depth and a subtle sherry-driven richness, it’s a cocktail that’s smooth, balanced, and just a little unexpected.

Paper Plane

Ingredients

• 3/4 oz Lustau Palo Cortado Peninsula
• 3/4 oz Aperol
• 3/4 oz Amaro Nonino
• 3/4 oz Lemon Juice

Preparation

1. Add all ingredients to a shaking tin.
2. Add ice and shake.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
