Sunrise in the Northwest

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Highclere Castle gin
  • 1/2 trasanejo vino de Malaga (or amontillado sherry)
  • 3/4 toasted hazelnut infused tempus fugit creme de cacao
  • 2 oz espresso
  • 2 dash Scrappy lavender bitters
  • 2 dash Scrappy NW alpine bitters

Preparation

  1. Hard shake, pour into coupe glass, with sage and lavender garnish.
