Shamrock Cream Fizz

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Mozart Chocolate Cream Liqueur (dark chocolate if you are avoiding dairy)
  • 1 oz. Clonakilty Irish Whiskey
  • 2 oz. Heavy Cream (vegan whipping cream if you are avoiding dairy)
  • Top with very cold seltzer or club soda.
  • Glassware: 12 oz. Collins Glass (frozen)
  • Garnish: Rice paper shamrock or grated chocolate

Preparation

  1. Whip shake the first three ingredients to incorporate the spirits and cream.
  2. Pour into a frozen Collins glass.
  3. Gently pour the seltzer into the cocktail up to the rim of the glass.
  4. Allow the cocktail to rest for 30 seconds.
  5. Use a long bar spoon to top off the soda once the cocktail settles to allow the foam to rise above the rim.
