Santa’s Little Helper

Ingredients
- 2 oz. Ten To One Rum
- 1 oz. Passionfruit Purée
- ¾ oz Mulled Spice Infused Simple Syrup
- ½ oz. Orange Juice
- 2 dashes Pimento Bitters
- 1 oz. of Sparkling Wine
Preparation
- To make the simple syrup, steep ¼ cup of mulled spices in with equal parts 125 grams of sugar and 125 grams of water.
- Strain the mixture after steeping.
- To make the cocktail, add all ingredients into a shaker tin, fill the tin with ice and shake.
- Strain the cocktail into a coupe, top with sparkling wine, and garnish with a dehydrated orange.
