Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Weber Ranch Vodka
  • 1 oz. Elderflower Liqueur
  • 2 oz. Champagne
  • ½ oz. Lemon Juice
  • 2 drops Rhubarb Bitters

Preparation

  1. Combine ingredients except champagne in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake and strain into a chilled flute glass.
  3. Top with Champagne.
  4. Garnish with an elegant twist of lemon.
