Pomegranate Mojito

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Monin Pomegranate Syrup
  • 3 Fresh Lime Wedges
  • 5 Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 1 ½ oz. Sammy’s Beach Bar Platinum Rum
  • ½ oz. soda water

Preparation

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine pomegranate syrup, lime wedges and mint leaves.
  2. Using a muddler, gently press the ingredients to release their flavors.
  3. Add Sammy’s Beach Bar Platinum Rum and fill the shaker with ice.
  4. Shake well and strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.
  5. Top with soda water.
  6. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig and a lime wedge.
