Tiki Swizzle
Ingredients
- 1 ¼ oz. Sammy’s Beach Bar Platinum Rum
- 1 oz. Monin South Seas Blend Syrup
- ½ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 oz. Fresh Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz. Fresh Orange Juice
- 3 dashes Peyshaud’s bitters
- ¾ oz. Sammy’s Beach Bar Red Head Rum
Preparation
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add Sammy’s Beach Bar Platinum Rum, Monin South Seas Blend Syrup, lime juice, pineapple juice, orange juice and bitters.
- Shake well and strain into a hurricane or tall glass filled with fresh ice.
- Float Sammy’s Beach Bar Red Head Rum on top.
- Garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge, orange wheel and maraschino cherry.
