Piña Colada

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Light Rum
  • 1 1/2 oz Cream of Coconut
  • 1 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 cup Crushed Ice
  • Pineapple slice and maraschino cherry for garnish

Preparation

  1. Combine rum, cream of coconut, pineapple juice, and crushed ice in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a chilled hurricane glass.
  4. Garnish with a pineapple slice and a maraschino cherry.
