Peruviano Negroni

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. BarSol Pisco Puro Italia
  • 1 oz. Vermouth Rosso
  • 1 oz. Rose Aperitivo (Luxardo Bitter or Campari)
  • 1 dash Orange Bitters

Preparation

  1. In a mixing glass with ice, pour all ingredients and stir quickly to chill (10 secs).
  2. Strain into a rocks glass with one big ice cube.
  3. And garnish with a thin orange half wheel or orange peel.
