Desert Sunrise

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. High Desert Cactus Vodka
  • 5 oz. Monopolowa Vodka
  • .5 oz. Aperol
  • .5 oz. St. Germain
  • .5 oz. Honey Simple (1:1 honey & hot water)
  • .5 oz. Lemon
  • 1 oz. Prosecco

Preparation

  1. Build everything, minus the Prosecco, in a shaker tin.
  2. Shake with ice & then add Prosecco.
  3. Strain over fresh ice in a wine glass.
  4. Express fresh lemon peel and garnish with a pretty flower of your choice!
