Perfect Manhattan

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Edmond’s Honor Cognac Cask Bourbon
  • ½ oz. Dolin Sweet Vermouth
  • ½ oz. Dolin Dry Vermouth
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Preparation

  1. Add the Edmond’s Bourbon, dry vermouth, sweet vermouth, and bitters into a mixing glass and stir.
  2. Strain into a chilled martini glass or cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with Brandy Cherry and Lemon Zest.
