Mint Julep
Ingredients
- 3 oz - Bourbon Whiskey
- .5 oz - Simple Syrup
- 8-10 Sprigs - Mint
- (Optional 2-3 Dashes - Aromatic Bitters)
- Garnish: Mint
- Glassware: Julep
Preparation
- Combine mint and syrup into glass then muddle gently to release mint oils.
- Add bourbon and stir gently with a bar spoon to incorporate.
- Top with crushed ice or pebble ice.
- Garnish and enjoy!
