Lady in Blue Martini

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Weber Ranch Vodka
  • 1 oz. Blue Curaçao
  • ¾ oz. Lemon Juice
  • ½ oz. Egg White

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Dry shake to emulsify the egg whites, add ice and shake until chilled.
  3. Double strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
  4. Express orange peel oils over the cocktail.
  5. Garnish with an orange wedge.
