Invierno Sour

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Casa Azul Organic Tequila Añejo
  • 0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 0.5 oz Cranberry Juice
  • 0.25 oz Cinnamon Syrup
  • 0.75 oz Egg White
  • 1 pinch Salt

Preparation

  1. Dry shake all ingredients until egg is emulsified (~30 sec).
  2. Add ice and shake again.
  3. Fine strain into rocks glass over fresh ice.
  4. Garnish with grated cinnamon.
