Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Mizu ‘Saga Barley’ Shochu
  • 3 oz. Hoji Cha (roasted green tea)
  • ½ oz. Honey Syrup {2:1 clover honey to water}
  • Lemon Wheel

Preparation

  1. Mix tea (strongly brewed) and honey syrup.
  2. Add ice to glass, shochu and tea mix, give a stir.
  3. Garnish with lemon wheel.
