Heartland Highball

Ingredients
- ¾ oz. Monin Apple Syrup
- 2 oz. Bourbon
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
- Soda, to top
- Glassware: 16 oz. Collins
- Garnish: Apple Slice, Expressed Lemon Peel
Preparation
- Fill serving glass full of ice.
- Pour ingredients into serving glass in order listed.
- Pour mixture into mixing tin and back into serving glass to mix.
- Add garnish and serve.
