Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. Casamigos Tequila (preferably Reposado for added depth)
- ¼ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- 4 Fresh Blackberries (muddled)
- ¼ oz. Simple Syrup
- ½ oz. Ginger Beer (for topping)
Preparation
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the blackberries with the lime juice and simple syrup to release the fruit’s juices.
- Add Casamigos Tequila and ice to the shaker, then shake vigorously until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a glass of choice.
- Top with ½ oz. ginger beer for a spicy, effervescent finish.
- Optional: Garnish with a few whole blackberries or a lime wheel for a touch of flair.
