Espresso De Olla

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Locals Only Vodka
  • ½ oz. Malahat Spiced Rum
  • ½ oz. Borghetti Espresso Liqueur
  • 1 oz. Cold Brew Concentrate or Espresso
  • ¾ oz. Café de Olla Syrup*

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake and fine strain into a coupe.
  3. Garnish with cinnamon orange powder.

Ingredients

  • cinnamon
  • cloves
  • dehydrated oranges

Preparation

  1. Dry-toast spices (cinnamon, cloves, dehydrated oranges)
  2. Add toasted spices to a pot with sugar and water, cooking on low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Transfer syrup to an ice bath to cool to room temperature.
  4. Strain the syrup through a Superbag to remove spices, then transfer into a container.
