Dagda’s Elixir

Ingredients
- 2 oz Powers Irish Whiskey
- 1 oz Irish Mead
- 1 sprig of Basil
- 1 orange peel
Preparation
- Shake the whiskey, mead, and basil with ice until well chilled.
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass.
- Express orange peel over the top and garnish with the Irish bouquet.
- Garnish: cocktail pick of basil, Irish cheese, and a blackberry (bonus points for Shamrocks).
