Cold Brew BBQ Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 cups BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup Monin Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate
- 1 Tbsp. Sriracha
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 stick Unsalted Butter
Preparation
- Combine all the ingredients except for the butter in a small sauce pot and set to medium-high heat.
- Bring the mixture up to a boil and remove from heat.
- Add in the butter and mix until completely incorporated.
- Taste for seasoning and serve immediately or store in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator.
