Coconut Collins

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Waterloo No. 9 Gin
  • ¾ oz. lemon juice
  • ¾ oz. simple syrup
  • ¾ oz. Coco Lopez Real Cream of Coconut

Preparation

  1. Shake vigorously over ice.
  2. Strain into a tall glass with fresh ice.
  3. Top with soda water.
  4. Garnish with lemon.
