Coconut Collins

Ingredients
- 2 oz. Waterloo No. 9 Gin
- ¾ oz. lemon juice
- ¾ oz. simple syrup
- ¾ oz. Coco Lopez Real Cream of Coconut
Preparation
- Shake vigorously over ice.
- Strain into a tall glass with fresh ice.
- Top with soda water.
- Garnish with lemon.
