Cherry Bounce Hot Toddy

Ingredients

  • 1 and ½ oz. Cherry Bounce Liqueur*
  • 2 oz. Hot Water
  • ¼ oz. Lemon Juice
  • ¼ oz. Cinnamon Syrup**

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in Irish coffee glass.
  2. Garnish with cinnamon, rosemary, and cherry and orange peel skewer.

*Cherry Bounce Liqueur


Ingredients

  • 2 cups White Sugar
  • 4 cups Four Roses Bourbon
  • 1 cup Fresh Cherries
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg
  • 2 Cloves, whole
  • 1 Star Anise, whole

Preparation

  1. Combine ingredients in airtight container.
  2. Set in a cool dry place for 4 to 6 months.
  3. Strain out solids.

**Cinnamon Syrup Recipe


Ingredients

  • 32 oz. White Sugar
  • 16 oz. Water
  • 22 ½ grams Cinnamon
  • ¼ oz. Angostura Bitters

Preparation

  1. Heat water.
  2. Add cinnamon and steep for 2 minutes.
  3. Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
  4. Cool and set for 10 minutes.
  5. Strain and add angostura bitters.
