Preparation
- Add all ingredients to a shaking tin.
- Shake and strain over a large ice cube.
- Garnish with grated nutmeg.
Cinnamon Syrup*
Ingredients
- 1 cup Demerara Sugar
- 1 cup Water
- 4-5 Cracked Cinnamon Sticks
Preparation
- Add all ingredients to a pot and bring to a boil.
- Let simmer for one minute.
- Remove from heat and continue to steep until completely cooled.
- Strain out the cinnamon stick pieces.
- Store for up to two months refrigerated.
