Bombay Rose

Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz. Bombay Sapphire East
- ¾ oz. The Perfect Purée Lychee Puree, thawed
- ¼ oz. Rose Water
- ¼ oz. Hand Pressed Lime Juice
- ½ oz. Turbinado Sugar Syrup
Preparation
- Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
- Shake and pour into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with a rose petal and lime twist.
